 OSHA regulations
« Thread Started on Jun 29, 2007, 8:28am »

I just read a post on another ML forum that OSHA has proposed new regulations regarding the shipping and handling of explosives. I did not read the document in depth but black powder and primers would be affected. These new regulations would be more stringent than the DOT regulations and might prevent some carriers from being able to continue to ship powder to an individual.
You can check this out for yourself by going to:
http://www.regulations.gov/fdmspublic/component/ main
In step:
1. Select "documents accepting comments"
2. Select "OSHA"
3. Select "Proposed Rules"
4. Select "Subject" and in the search box type in "explosives"

This will take you to the proposal.
