I would LOVE to go some place that has big bucks. But I don't know if I have the money to travel out of state to hunt until my kids are out of school.

I spent alot of money beforehand but that really didnt have anything to do with Ohio per say. my new bow was way overdue as was my outdated and 30 pound 6 ft tall treestand :) . the new clothes were also due as my others were getting pretty worn in as was my boots ( i could stick my finger through the 400 gram ones :) ) .
With all that aside , I figure about $700 on the trip itself as long as I stay away from stuff I don't really need :).

You spent a lot of money this year like I spent a lot last year. Long term investments. ;D

I'll tear $500 up in gas easy. Before it's all over, I'll ride well over 2000 miles. LOL.

Good thing there ain't a Waffle House nearby.
