Allow time for these photos to load up. They are quite large and I didn't want to resize them, I was afraid you that you wouldn't be able to see the bird. Here are some pictures from my April 9th scouting. They didn't turn out as well as I thought they would. He was only 20 yards away, but I must of had the zoom on the camera set at 35 instead of 70mm. But you can see him. It was about 9:30 to 9:45 that morning and I was hidden under a small hemlock tree. These last two pictures I used my photo software after scanning the pictures into my PC to zoom in.

nope, they diden't show !!, boy did i see some strutters driving through west Virgina yesterday, darn alot of birds, i saw a pile of strutters in South West P.A. also, along I79 Tail Fans were everywere,

Allow time for the pictures to load up. They are quite big and if your on a dial up internet connection they will be slow loading.
I tell you what, it looks like this season will be a good one. I hope to be able to find this guy again come next Monday when our season opens.
