just don't let anyone steal it. THAT hurt would not go away so easily. One of my friends lost his new bow on a trip to Ohio while he was in a fast food place. He still crys about it and that was years ago. i always lock my bow inside the truck. i'm afraid i would have to hunt the thief down to the ends of earth if it happened. thats something for everyone to stop and think about. always be weary of a thief, especially when hunting in a poverty zone. when your hungry you may do anything , and if your a thief well your just a scumbag . that would suck badly though

I'll have to quiz him about it again but I think he was in or near Columbus and not in a hand to mouth section of the state. A thief can be anywhere, even here. It pays to be very careful and try and stay close to your stuff. Sometimes I even write down plate numbers of vehicles parked around me when I feel at risk going in someplace.

Congrats on the Bow buddy, it's a good thing you went shopping for it the way you did!
Most of the guys that hunt with me in Africa use Bowtech or Mathews, although Hoyt throw in an apearance every now and again. As long as they shoot the bow well, I'm a happpy man!
Most popular brand in our neck of the woods is definitly Bowtech, but hey, we are big boys, and we play with big animals ;D
Enjoy the hunting, and hope you get to draw first blood soon enough!

Yesterday was the qualifier so I took off the target sights, lightened up the XT to where I like it for the treestand and put the pendulum on. So I got up to the elevated platform and first I sighted in the Outback and was just drilling them, I still love that bow. And then I sighted in the XT at 20 and 30 and really probably shot a little better with the Outback. And then just to do a final check on windage I shot the XT at 40 yards. I was just drilling the bull at 40 and I just knew I could it. That's where this bow shines. There were guys there watching that were just blown away. This was with with the Goldtips with the 85 grain points and literally the XT gets me out to 40 with the pendulum.
