heres a little exercise that wil burn the good form into your mind. shoot the bow a few times to get warmed up. once your hitting well draw your bow and take aim. now close your eyes and hold the form you have as best you can for about 10 seconds before shooting with your eyes still closed. what this should do is burn your body position into your mind without any distractions and the mind will remeber your form position much better. try it sometime you might be amazed at once good form is burned into your brain how well it remembers it. when you draw and your form isnt right after that you will know it just don't feel right. try it sometime you may be surprised .

Have you tried it yet ? 10 seconds is a bit much isn't it , how far off were your shots ? its more of a test/exercise in holding your form. I can generally stay within a few inches at 20 yards from my original aim point. It will show "wandering form" and teach you to hold form. I generally only hold a certain time without actually counting , trying to hold the aim point as best I can . you can hear your bow if you listen real good too lol
