My son Jake and I spent the day on the Island when we went to register my van last Friday.

I like the interior of the island to hunt, but you'll amost never see them in the high grass. This water is very low durring the month of Oct.

If you plan of getting out on the Island you need 4 things; 1. shovel , Jake had fun looking for sand crabs. 2. tire gage 3. board 4. com-a-long or chain > yearly lic. is $70

20 pounds Rick. I also let Jake drive for the 1st time. He had a blast. It was a great day for us spending time.
But I want to tell ya, the skitters are bad ! As I was driving back to the interior my windows were down and as soon as we crossed past the dunes we had skitters all in the van. Took a little time to kill all the suckers.
