NC - again, this depends on the gun for me. I started out using pyrodex pellets in the Encore, and that's the way I'm still going. Now with the White M-97 long gun I'm using Triple Seven 2f, but in the pistol I use T7/3f. I also started using T7/2f in the 50-cal Hawkin, instead of Goex or loose pyrodex.

Plain old Goex 2F in all the long guns/shotgunsfor me.3F in the revolvers.Would like to get some Swiss for the revolvers-can't fit enough grains in to suit me,so maybe hotter powder will do it.Dave

davep - Triple Seven 3f is about 25% stronger than 'regular' black powder & pyrodex. You might give it a look.
