Just a heads up to those that get pulled into the Dave Espino infomercial that's playing these days. Don't fall for the perky chick and the secrets to success. Everything offered is available FREE right at ebay. Here's a link to a thread at ebay discussing Espino's product. forums.ebay.com/db2/thread.jspa?threadID=410227484&tstart=0&mod=1136740479562Espino's deal doesn't appear to be an honest operation based on the info I've seen.

you can find all of his info on your own, sorta like the govt grants book that whacky guy sells. its all there free if you can find it. i've sold lots of stuff on ebay, its pretty simple. take lots of pics and describe it to the tee, if something is wrong with it tell them. be honest in your description and build up a good reputation. be sure to ship promptly when you say you will... . you can find wholesalers getting rid of reconditioned products (store returns etc) around and sell that stuff. cant see making a living off of it but i suppose some people can. i know ebay makes out either way .

Once in a while I hear these ADs on the radio "Make unbelievable amounts of money selling on Ebay," and listen to them very carefully. They talk alot about revenue (volume of money turn-over) but say nothing about profit. Of course, profit is what you live off of. It's a definate scam. One of my business partners loves Ebay and buys and sells ALOT. He seems to think he could make a small living buying and selling golf-clubs, but it wouldn't be much.
