14 foot stumpknocker flat bottom. my favorite creek boat. at 100yds, it's very easy to miss seeing at all. ;D

That boat would be great to drift for flatties in the creeks & estuaries over at Wachapreague. I've always wanted to go up there in the early season and try my luck. see: www.wachapreague.com/

wachapreague always has some big ones caught early on. i never had much of a hankering to fish till after the surge of flatties were here and spread out last year. i may have to pull out the rods and hit the bridge after some morning turkey hunting next month . the stumpknockers are some very stout boats , they also can run into some pretty big bucks new. sometimes i want a boat and other times i'm glad i dont have one

wachapreague is really nice in august. especially when you pass out in a field of knee-high grass for 6 hrs with just a pair of shorts on. I HEAR you can get a few skeeter bites this way!
