guys, just showing some pics to someone. No need to post as I'll remove this thread later. above is the chimney we fixed that was leaking to the interior. Obviously there is some sagging in that corner from past damage. the one above is the biggest problem area of the entire structure. It all starts here, where you can't see from the ground. this is an area that obviously leaked since the day it was built as the problems go all the way to the ground. The new roof looks pretty good all around except in this area. This is doomed to fail again unless repaired with materials designed for water traps and low slope application. To get this in order is a sizable job. All the problems below were caused by that one area of roof failing for years. There are many serious issues going around the house exterior but the above needs attention first, imho.
