What's the best way to punch a neat 2" hole thru a cement block foundation?

Us big boys eat karate chops for supper.
Weak ploys become mere turdstains in the dirt when confronted with overwhelming power. ;D

Ive used a hammer and chisel once and it did just fine. Might not be perfect round though.

we use to use a star chisel and a small maul hammer. if you start at a mortar joint its easier. we always started from the front and made sure to chisel some from the back to prevent the block from "blowing out" . if the house is older its ussually harder they use to add portland to mortar alot back then.

I've used diamond core bits on block and brick. You might be able to rent a hole hawg and a core bit from the local rental outfit near you. Be careful....them hole hawgs will twist your arm off if you aren't careful. ;D

hmmm, The blocks are hollow like cinderblock but are cement I think. Since I'm tryin to go cheap I'm thinkin I'll put my hammerdrill to it and get a hole to start chiseling on. If it breaks I guess I'll have to mortor it back together.
