Looks like the drywall hangers didn't get paid so they dumped their truck or dumpster right on the front lawn. ;D Either that or someone forgot to latch the gate on the dump truck, or the gate on the dumpster.

You're close Dan. ;D here's the story; A friend of mine has a small home improvement business and owes the dumpster company a couple of hundred bucks. The dumpster guy got pizzed over the unpaid bill and dumped a dumpster in my friend's drive. We all know that ain't the way things are done so the sheriff was called. When the deputy arrived and called the dumpster guy about it, the dumpster guy admitted dumping the load and then hung up on the deputy. On the return call, the guy told Deputy Brabble to take it up with his lawyer and hung up again. ok, since I was there, I offered a bid of $800 to remove the debris. ;D Off to the Magistrate's office they went. Turns out the laws pertaining to this are based on weight. Illegally dumping 500lbs or more constitutes a felony so a felony warrant was issued for the dumpster man and the dumpster company was called yet again informing them of the warrant and the impending cleanup charge. Funny part is during the first phone call, the guy said it would be a cold day in hell before he picked up one piece of the trash. Once the warrant was issued, he couldn't wait to get back over there and clean that yard. ;D It was spic and span before dark. As of now, the state has picked up the charges and I don't know where it goes from here.
