I don't know if you guys consider me an East Coast Hunter,but I'am glad to be invited over.
The pic above is showing that with the snow that came through the North that it was making the rivers flow out of their banks.I know the text at the top of the pic was pretty small,but I believe that is the jist of what the pic shows.
