Good boots. Hunting elk and mulies isn't normally done from a stand. Covering 5+ miles of vertical rocks in a day isn't unusual.

Cell Phone. I don't have it on while I'm hunting, but if I need it to call someone in case I need help dragging the monster out, or if I accidentally fall out of my stand or something happens, I have it with me. I want to hunt for many many years to come.......
