Spied this one going cheap so far. Herters SambarDon't know the particulars on this one but the Sambars are known to be good shooters.

I'd have thought this bow to have went for around 150.

i looked at it and didn't like the fact that it had been drilled out for the quiver and sights. i would rather have one with no holes drilled in it, you never know how careful or not they drilled it .still a good deal though

yup, a lot of folks want a bow pristine but I've seen some with sights, etc, go on up there to. I have mixed feelings. Pristine is good but I've never seen or heard of a problem from sight holes either. I'd be more picky of a rare collector type bow than the working bows I have. My Sambar has a sightbar attachment but I think the base is either glued or clamped on. I haven't attempted removing it. My Sitka has filled in holes on the riser and it shoots fine.

Here's one I had to watch go by. 55# SambarSomeday I'd like to get a Sambar of 55 or more pounds and sell the 44 pound Sambar I have.
