Well I am back..I was a great evening bowhunting bull frogs. I took 5 all total and all were good size with meaty legs.
I gota say it was a ton of fun stalkin and shooting these guys. They are very wery and are tough to get close too. You have to be extra sneaky and very watchfull. They are very tough to see and once you spot them you gotta hurry cause the ain't stayin once they know they've been spooted.
IMO hunting these little critters can really help your stalkin game and spotting game. So if you haven't tried bulls frogs with a bow, then I highly recommend it.

PS I am really lookin forward to some fresh frog legs :wink:

damn d! and with traditional equipment at that. way to go! im definetly not at that level yet. i thought i was cool shooting a squil with my compound. frogs with traditional

HEHEHE..Thanks I had a good day. Even if you don't think you can do it..GO!! It is alot of fun! Honestly I thought I had a slim chance in h*ll at hitting a frog. But once they started movin, predator mode kicked in.
