A summer favorite around here. take a large tomato such as a beefsteak etc and cut it in half take out the core but leave the tomatoe intact. place tomatoe on plate and sprinkle liberally with Mrs Dash Original cook on grille for around 6 minutes or until the skin starts to seperate place a slice of provolone cheese and let it melt ( maybe 1 1/2 minutes. place on a plate and slice with a knife, tastes like steak seriuosly try it out you will like .

oh yeah, sounds delicious! im heading to the grocery store now. tomatoes are good for two things. ketsup and pizza sauce ;D rick, maybe you could get fancy and stuff it with grean beans or carrots or both

I've been makin these in the summer for years.
A few years ago, my wife suggested that we brush them with olive oil and sprinkle chopped basil on them before we put the provolone on.

You know, I tried making those on the grill once (I think it was after I had them at your house Uncle Rick) and it REALLY did not work. Man, I suck at cooking!
