Looks really tasty man, gonna have to try it. Do yourself a favor and try and find some SMOKEHOUSE BRAND APPLEWOOD BACON , Sysco sells it in pocomoke.. Without a doubt you will never want to eat another brand of bacon again if you try it... I GUAREEENTEE it . I USED to eat the maple flavored stuff , its good dont get me wrong , just can't touch this stuff. Looks excellent though ... change your name to EshoreChef or EshoreFoodMD

nice, how long did you cook them and at temperature? in the oven, right? baked at 350 for probably 30 min. i really dont keep an eye on time when i cook i just watch and sample. but the last maybe 10 min. i broiled. helps get the bacon done. i think i should have broiled them the whole time. i would do that if your going to make them.

Good thing me and you aren't roomies, we'd be fighting over who's cooking what on what pan! Looks good man! If you wanna add another flavor to that wrap try some water chestnuts wrapped in bacon on the side!
