I was fortuante enough to take this 6pt this morning in Cambridge. After a month of trying to pin point the buck activity on our property, I think I have found a good spot. Heavy buck activity yesterday and this morning. Had a couple of close encounters with a few nice mature bucks!

Nice job. Putting that first one under your belt takes the pressure off.

I still have 1 buck tag left for archery. However I will have to take 2 does before the next buck. There are several nice does around the house I've had my eye on. I was planning on hunting them later, but now seems like as good of time as any.

I really enjoy reading and seeing the pics of those not overwhealmed with the inches. Congrats! But I also like seeing the inches!
