nice pics Bill, are those from the binocamera ? It won't be long before they start to fire up for spring. April is just around the corner. Although deer hunting will always be my favorite, I sure am glad I started playing with the birds. looking forward to calling another in with your calls.

Yep, from the el cheap binocamera. I've been pretty satisfied with it. There have been a few times when it failed to give me a great image of a buck or long beard, but overall, they are small easy to carry in a fanny pack and best of all, I don;'t have to worry about a $1,000 piece of equipment.

what brand is it? i 'd like to get one. i would have a lot more pics that way. i could have taken a picture of the huge buck i saw in Ohio.

rick, I have the Simmons Capture view. They are like 8x22's with 1.3 megapixel camera. I know Wally World has a Bushnell unit now that are like 10x25's and similar digital capture. They actually come with a pop out LCD screen as well.
Overall I like the pair I have. Even takes decent 30 sec video clip. It does eat batteries though.
