It is a Sony Cyber Shot DSC-H2. 6 megapixel. It think it does about everything, but wipe your butt!! Way to much camera for me, but the better half is into photography a little so she enjoys it. Here's a couple she took a while back.

very nice pics . my wife has a sony dsc s600 . it takes some unbelievable videos as well as pics. i wish i could figure out my olympus , its got too many gadgets for me i guess . I obviously need a camera for dummies lol.

Dan, how about taking a zoom pic of a deer or something at about 200yds and let me see what it looks like?

Pileateds aren't common here by any means, but I've seen a few over the years.They're normally hard to get close to and the one's I've seen always seem to stay in the shadows where a good photo is very difficult. I've never even come close to getting a photo of one.

They're fairly common here, although not anything like when we had lots of older woods. We often call them wood hens.
Arkansas has almost unbelievable numbers of them in the eastern river bottoms.

Dick These pics were taken through the bedroom window. I took 20 pics in just a few minutes, and those were the best of the lot.
