Yesterday was a very bad day. I received and E-Mail that a good friend from grammer school through high school and we also hunted a few times together passed away Monday in his sleep. Dan was a heavy drinker and didn't look good the last time I saw him. > Well I forgot my wife B-D, I even had it on my calinder in front of me all day but with all the deliverys and work load I missed it. For some reason the date didn't register. Even after making a mental note to myself. I guess that's just part of ADD. That sucks.

O do tell.
IMHO forgetting your wife's birthday had nothing to do with ADD. My dearest is not ADD but forgets my birthday every year unless the kids remember to remind him. I drag it out too cause the more guilt the better the gift. I believe that forgetting your wifes birthday had more to do with human error then anything else. A dear friend just passed away unexpectadly and your running a busy business. Can anyone say STRESS?!!!! Cut yourself some slack and this weekend make it up to her.
The very best gift I ever received was a day off!!! No house cleaning (Doug and the kids did it), no cooking, no fighting it was pure heaven.
I also received a gift certificate for a massage I almost cried that was the most thoughtful thing the Big guy could have given me and it must have taken a lot of thought to come up with that one since its not something I would normally ask for and it can only be used by me all for me and I don't have to share with anyone...ALL MINE!!!! do you know what that means? ITS ALL MINE!!!!
Your wife will forgive you because there are many things I'm sure you do remember to do for her and the family. I like to tease Doug but never am I so mad that I can't forgive him he's so cute how could I not? ;D

ADHD and never a dull moment when he's around. >Shelly switching schools for next year. It's been nuts around the house.

What is it with men and flowers that are going to die in a few days anyways? :oYou should have bought her a rose bush now thats cool she can enjoy them for years to come. Doug bought me a couple over the years unfortunatly they didn't survive the move nor my brother's stupid, money grubbing, greedy, dirty, filthy ex girlfriend well its just safe to say I don't much care for his ex she came over onto our property and hacked the liven daylights out of them. I could have hacked her but Doug wouldn't let me.

lol I guess to each his own if your wife loves flowers then you one lucky duck. I just can't stand them because they are so expensive and I'm always sad when they die.
My brother's ex girlfriend not only ragged him into buying her a house that no one else had ever owned; but, emptyied his savings and checking account before she decided to leave him 5 months before their wedding and she took everything he bought for the house they were living in. Before, that my kids had to go to bed hearing how retarded and stupid their uncle was because you could hear her screaming at him at night if her animals doodied on the carpet. Anyways, I'll have Doug help me find her for ****s and giggles since her husband left her she has had to look for new men to break financially and spiritually on the net.
The only saving grace is that my brother found a way out of having to be financially strapped to a house that she liked not him and he met and married a wonderful, adorable (I love this one can you tell?) woman and they had a daughter about a week after we had our son Garrett (1 yr) and 11 months later had a beautiful baby boy. ;D

That wouldn't be so bad. Doug bought me roses once and I couldn't help but think about all the things I could have bought for the house with that money or for the Koda who was the only child we had at the time I just couldn't enjoy them like the gesture deserved.
Thats when he started buying me rose bushes. I bring him home flowers I fall in love with out of lmao funeral arrangements from work and he can tell me what they are and if they are easy to raise or a pain in the patooty. We haven't really bought anymore flowers lately we want to tear up our backyard, level it and replant the grass before we do too much landscaping. We bought a very old house it needs a lot of work but I love this house.
