It's the newest thing. ;D The science behind the No Trace Odor Magnet Technology is a process patented by Dan River Inc. Permanently attached to the fibers of the No Trace fabric are molecules, called cyclodextrins, that act as magnets which attract and bond with human odor molecules as they are released from your body, preventing them from escaping into the air. The cyclodextrins are of various shapes and sizes, providing a broad spectrum of protection.
This same Odor Magnet Technology (OMT) also attracts external odors such as campfire smoke, making the hunter virtually odorless.
Simple and easy care
No Trace will continue to absorb odors for up to a week or more. To restore it is a simple matter of washing the garment in scent-free detergent. If you're in the field for an extended period, you can extend the effectiveness of No Trace with a quick rinse and scrub in a creek.

I haven't even looked around to see where else it can be had yet.... or if it's hyped up like some of the other products out there. so far, xscent is the best product of this type I've used.

I still like the British Chemical suits. You can pick them up for under $20 for the whole suit shipped, cheaper if you buy 4 or more at a time. cgi.ebay.com/British-MKIV-Protective-Suit-Gas-mask-chemical-camo_W0QQitemZ6598449403QQcategoryZ588QQssPageNameI use a new one every year as I beat it up pretty good by the end of the season. I have yet to see a deer react to ground contamination since I've used them. I can't tell you how many times this past year alone deer came in to feed on the trimmings from shooting lanes I'd cleared. And over the years 100s of deer crossing and milling around the very areas I'd walked through just a short time before. Never a reaction on the ground. I don't know that they help any in terms of making playing the wind less critical as I always play the wind, but in terms of ground contamination, I think they are a pretty good design. It's a good pattern too early season. Might be too hot though down there by you, especially early season.
