Yeah, I worry Todd is in for some major health problems if he doesn't start with some green veggies.

You gotta eat big when you're putting on mass, even when you're shedding the pounds. You just can't eat junk and hope to get adequate nutrition, without taking in a lot of excess calories. My primary protein source for the last 3 days was 2lbs of meatloaf, that my wife made for me out of 93% lean ground turkey. She now has 6.5 lbs of boneless, skinless Chicken breast, split up to be prepared 2 different ways which I'll polish off 5lbs in the next 4 days.
If she's too busy with work, I'll pull out a 6.5lb bag myself, let it thaw a little but still frozen I'll butterfly and split it into 3bags, I'll do a Greek style, an open pit barbeque and a teriyaki marinade and do a barbeque everyday, fast and easy.
For vegetables as an example, she buys 4lb frozen bags of Brocolli florets from Sam's Club and a big tub of peeled garlic cloves. I'll chop the garlic and brown it in Olive oil and fry up a third of a bag at ta time. Not a lot of oil but enough to brown the garlic and give the broccoli flavor. I do something similar with fresh Rapini.
Large quanitites of healthy tasty food.
197 this morning.

Got 15 today on the sledding hill with the weighted vest. And this afternoon I hit the bag for a half hour. Weight is still stuck at 197-198, I need to make a run at that and take 5 off for sure. I still have a little bit of a gut. I can't carry the weight that I used to without lifting.

I've dropped 20 lbs since 1/1/2006. Down to 169lbs. I really struggle with my weight and blood pressure. The higher the weight the higher the blood pressure. Eating smaller protions and cardio is the way I lose it.
