Hey I tried some of the other flavors, they had the smaller bars for sale at Walgreens, you were right, the mud pie fusion is the best flavor. The Power bar protein plus taste real good too. Not sure if the protein is as good though.
You know I just compared and that's only 23 grams of protein compared to 32 grams and the Met Rx are only 20 calories more.

I just ordered 11 boxes of the mud pie. With the $3 off and the price break at $200 and the shipping savings it drops the shipped price to $1.63 a bar. I appreciate you hooking me up with that supplier!!!

Well I've completely lost my mind. I just signed up for the Chicago Marathon.
It happens that this year the Marathon falls on the Trail of History weekend during which hunting is closed on the primary property I hope to draw for October.
Thing is I only need to lose 6-7 pounds so I'll maintain the boxing workouts and the hill workouts and try to hold on to as much mass as possible.
The other thing too is, I don't think my wife has ever seen me ripped and I'm so close and at 45 if I don't get there now, it just keeps getting harder.

Yeah the first 5 were the old flavor. These are like candy bars, can't believe they're a protein bar.
That's a pretty big move up on the bench. Nice work!!!

Down to a pretty lean 196 this morning. For the first time in my life I'm doing it right. Portion control, healthier food and using the supplememts that eshoremd put me onto to get the protein requirements more evenly. I just added 2 lbs of weights to the 16 ounce bag gloves and have been hitting the heavy bag 3 times a week for a total of 45 minutes on the bag, just under an hour with the rest periods. Still hitting that hill every Wed and knocking out 20. It's getting easier every time out. I'm also walking 20 miles a week.
9 lbs to go!!!
