19.4 today. I picked it up for the last 5 miles, I feel great. In terms of endurance, this is probably the best shape I've been in, in about 20 years. I've been doing 2 long runs a week now for 8 weeks and I haven't had a cigarette in 6 weeks since I bonked on that long run. Now I just need to let the rusty parts heal for the Marathon in 2.5 weeks.
