Wow. That does sound great Todd. I wish I got 3 months of vacation a year instead of 5 weeks. My hunting vacation for this year is pretty much set on Ohio. Guess I can't complain too much. ;D

sounds great. How much for nonres license/tags to hunt that week? $86 gets you 2 antlerless and two doe tags $25 more for an antlered deer tag $25 more for a quality buck tag(minimum 15" outside spread) $136 total ill probably just buy the regular license and the buck tag for $111 then if i need the additional qbt ill buy that at the store. that park estimates more than 110 deer per square mile.

the hunting area looked really good but the park was not what i expected. not like pocomoke where you can park at your cabin and the shower facilities were really run down and across the park. im cancelling my reservations and staying in a hotel near by.

damn son how you ever gonna do any primitive camping/hunting. you know all the big boys are out in the boonies . damn city slicker ;D what did the woods/deersign look? i know its gonna be hot in sept.i also know you better get it done fast in delaware. if i'm thinking right their guns start shooting on or near oct 1st . i've seen some nice ones on private land on the way to work in de but mostly down in southern de. i might just have to stop by just to do some partying .

i do see your point and agree about showers. the shower i took in ohio with no hot water in 30 degree weather wasnt good at all during but it did the job after i thawed out . i think i might have to get one of those shower bags for this year . warm up some water and take a half decent shower anyway. i was going to stop on my way to work and take a looksy at a wma in de this morning but felt shorts werent the best thing to wear in the woods this time of the year lol. most likely a good choice. if you stop down again give me a call i'll walk it with ya if i'm not camping that weekend.
