aro ive used it several times and its like any other scent. it can scare some deer and bring some in, IF theyre in the area. i have had it stop a running buck in its tracks right as it ran past where i set it off so i guess it works. i just wouldnt spend that kind of $ on that. i got mine all free after zach, the vp of buckbomb saw i was bashing the product. he sent me 10 cans free to try. they are out of denton, md. boman, rick, scdave and myself set one off at last years turkey hunt to check it out. it was kinda beat but it was the older 1oz cans. the new ones are 2oz and spray better. im just not sure i believe in using scents at all. too many mixed reactions

I had one of their reps hunt with me last fall that used them religiously. He left without tagging a deer. He left me 36 cans to use. I have 32 cans left if that tells you anything. I was not sold on them.
Personally I don't like the idea of aerosol scent. I'd rather use a gel based scent or other liquid on cotton balls or scent wick.

Ive had lots of smaller bucks and inferior bucks come right up to it and put their nose on the can.foxes and coons too . i saw the big boy in Ohio an hour after letting one off, he never came to where the can was but did walk downwind of it. i'm not quite sure just how i feel about them, they are too expensive for what you get i do know that much .

Not a big fan of scents myself. More concerned about leaving scent then putting scent out.

I think it's got the right smell but it's a flash in the pan compared to a week's hard huntin.
Now if they could make it to give one fresh shot every 15 minutes, throughout the day, it might have to be outlawed. ;D

i have one like that one except it isnt remote controlled. its on a timer that adjusts from 5 min to 24 hours between sprays.problem is their scent smells more like perfume than doe in heat and their product in aerosol form is all that it will take. i've never had anything come to mine. fact is its hanging out there right now with a near full can in it but will need batteries ....i havent touched it in 2 years lol. if you could get one of the better scents to dispense this way it would be better

I haven't seen that device before but if the scent isn't right, it's moot point anyway. My nose tells me the buck bomb has the right scent but it's short lived. Although I don't usually use scents, I have had success locally with something called Bowhunter's Setup. I've seen deer turn and come over a hundred yards to it several times, yet when I used it in Ohio I got minimum results. I often wonder why a scent can be effective in one area and not in another. Crazy arse deer. The more I learn about em, the more fickle it seems they are. I've seen them respond favorably to vanilla extract in several states even though I know of no natural source of it. figures.

scents are definitely either a hit or not , sometimes just a day to day thing whether they react to it. i think the overall best bet is the daytime dripper if your gonna mess around with scents. at least you know whats in it. buck bomb sare ok , but they are so costly to use. i'll give one or 2 a try this year i'm sure though. sure wish i had thought of the idea .
