Rick are we going to have a deer contest this year? If so we need to get the teams picked and start rolling with this. Bow season starts September 2 nd here in Kentucky. If we are im in of course. lol  |

I'm chompin' at the bit. All my good cuts of venison are gone, and all I've got left is tough cuts of hind-quarter meat, shoulder meat, some bags of scraps that I don't have time to grind up, and about 50 lb of sausage.
