I worked the Maryland Bowhunter's Society booth last Saturday, which was located in the same building as the Trophy Deer Contest. I snapped a bunch of pictures of these fine bucks and uploaded them to a webshots album. Here's a teaser... John Poole Buck Maryland State Record Non-Typical, 228-4/8" HERE is a link to the photo album.

Thanks Rick. With Bowman's dial-up, it'll take him 20 minutes to see 'em all. ;D
I'm not crazy about the way they have this display set-up, because the antlers from the deer on the back side of the wall can be confused with the antlers on the viewers side - particularly with a photo.

They always look so much better in a home or club.

37 minutes. Yuck. You're determined! Man, there were just so many nice bucks there. Had to be 100 or more. Every buck has a story behind it, and is outstanding in it's own right. You get a little jaded looking at them all in one place. My biggest buck falls somewhere among the smallest in that room. Kinda humbling.
