I've been noticing an overwhelming number of fawns and young small deer this year. Been seeing alot in groups of 3 and 4. Seems like I've been seeing more small ones than bigger deer so far. You guys noticing this in your areas?

In the northern part of Texas the fawn crop seems to be about 10% due to drought. The turkey hatch is even worse.
In the Trans Pecos, where I am doing management things are much better, after seven years of drought they finally got good rain last fall and this spring. Fawn crop is about 75-80% for both Mulies and Whitetails.
