just ordered 11 more boxes as i just opened my last box of the previous order. looks like im consistant with 5 1/2 boxes a month. ordered 5 mud pie fusion, 4 choc roasted peanut, 1 choc choc chunk and 1 choc fudge deluxe. took the week of june 18th-24th off from working out and WOW! last week when i worked out was the first time in months i didnt have any pain. felt great to have a 12 day break from chest. first time ive missed a workout since the end of november but it was needed imo. im also only going to do chest once a week for a while and see how that works. still doing all the same excercises but just in one day. also traded the behind the neck barbel presses for two other shoulder lifts. rotator cuffs just arent going to hold up long doing 250lbsx6. its just too hard to control. got 430x4 on bench last thursday with NO pain at all. hopefully ill max around 480 here in two weeks.

I tried the choc chunk and didn't like those that much. The fudge deluxe is okay, I might get 1 of those out of the 11 for variety next time. I'll probably go 6/4/1.
It's hard to take the time off, but you did the right thing. The Russians always did 10 weeks on 10 days off. You should move up fast here with that rest.
Today I just worked out with the new weighted gloves, which are 12 ounce gloves with 2lbs of weights. Fully 20 ounces heavier than the 16 ounce gloves I've been training with. I went 15 3 minute rounds with a 1 minute break. I'm going to be sore. This will give me a little more mass. I'm down to 195, really just slow and steady shedding the fat lbs while building strength. 8lbs to go.

buck, do other people like when you eat a lot of these bars? 15 3min. rounds is CRAZY buck! im thinking since i live on the water of buying a fishing kayak for fun and excercise. maybe one like this. bet all that rowing is good for your obliques. which are the worst part of my body. www.oceankayak.com/kayaks/angler_editions/prowler_15_angler.html

I think that folks have a hard time understanding someone using that much supplementation. But then most folks have a hard time understanding that I spend 40 minutes on a sledding hill with a 40lb weighted vest, get 3 boxing workouts in a week and 5-6 3mile walks.
I'm pretty sure that there aren't hardly any folks that can understand 430 for 4 on the bench.
The fact is that what those bars replace were pretty much empty calories. It makes sense to me and it plain works
As far as the kayaking, anything that provides excersise and is fun makes sense IMO. The reason that I get those walks in is because I get to enjoy my wife's company and we get to catch up on stuff. On the boxing workouts I hook up with my buddies once or twice a week for those workouts and it's just such a positive environment to get a vigorous workout in.
Only thing is I'd try it a few times before you make the investment to be sure.

As good as the Mud Pie is, having some variety really helps. I just got another shipment of 11 today all Chocolate Roasted Peanut, with caramel.
My wife brought some protein bars home that her company makes and we both agreed that it was worth it to pay and get the Met Rx bars.
Down to 193. I need to switch completely now to the weighted gloves and add some mass. I feel skinny. God I hate that feeling.
